1 Acceptance of Terms

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any fv77 content without prior written permission from fv77.

Game content streamed or distributed through the fv77 platform from third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. All rights are reserved by the respective rights holders.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fv77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or system failures. fv77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
